Description
Vinification: De-stemmed grapes, vating and de-vating thanks to the gravity.
Terroir: This is a very special cuvée, with only 900 bottles produced, and available in magnum only. This cuvée is a blend of three great terroirs from the Rhone Valley: Cornas, Chateauneuf-du-Pape, and Crozes Hermitage.
It’s a collaboration of three talented friends, all winemakers with beards, who decided to blend their wines together:
1/3 Matthieu Barret Cornas « Brise Caillloux » (75% Mourvedre and 25% Grenache Vieilles vignes)
1/3 David Reynaud Crozes Hermitage Saint Georges (100% Syrah)
1/3 Stanilas Wallut, Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Domaine de Villeneuve (100% Grenache Noire Veilles Vignes)
Each vintage has a different label, which makes this wine even more unique.
