Story: Matthieu Cosse and Catherine Maisonneuve are leading a renaissance of the Cahors region. They share a vision of refined, elegant wines with a distinct personality. This cuvée is made from 70-year-old merlot vines growing on limestone soils in the Béraudies parcel, blended with Malbec.
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested and naturally fermented with indigenous yeasts in a cement tank. Aged for 3 years in old oak barrels, followed by 4 more years in cement tanks. Unfined and Unfiltered.
