Terroir: Grown in granitic sand soils with a north/northwest orientation

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested // Fermentation in  wooden tanks for 2 weeks with alternating punch-downs and pump-overs // Ageing on fine lees in demi-muids (600L barrels) for 12 months // Ageing in stainless steel tanks for a few months before a light filtration and bottling // Ageing in bottle The wine is for at least 6 months before being released.
