Since 2009 Céline and Isabelle have taken on the management of the Domaine from their much-loved father, Jean. The cuvée L'Exception is linked to the 1995 harvest. The climatic conditions of this vintage were favorable to the development of a very beautiful botrytis on the plain and hillside terroirs. This name persists to show the exceptional character of this vintage
Vinification: Grapes are harvested by hand and pressed slowy over approxiamtely 7 hours in a pneumatic press. Fermenation starts spontaneously and the wine is aged on it's fine lees for several months until bottling.
