Terroir: Clay and Limestone

Ages of the vines: Carignan is 35 years old, Grenache is 25 years old, Mourvedre is 12 years old

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Whole bunch maceration for one week. Wine is then aged for 10 months in cement tank. No fining. 

Sulphites < 40 mg/L
