Candied pineapple, dried mango and gingerbread on the nose with honey, praline and sweet spice on the palate! 

Cushioned between the rolling vineyards of Wintzenheim in Alsace, Domaine Josmeyer has been making wines for five generations dating back to 1854. The 25-hectare estate is spread across 90 plots, with parcels in the famous Grand Cru sites of Hengst and Brand - recognised for their exceptional wine production for centuries. 

Vinification: Botrytised grapes are harvested by hand. Pressing is slow and gentle, taking place over 7 hours in the pneumatic press. Fermentation is sponaneous in a century old tun followed by a period of maturation on it's fine lees.
