Terroir: Clay limestone
Ages of the vines: 12 to 90 years old vines.
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Natural fermentation (indigenous yeast) in a tank with skin maceration for 9 days. Wine is then aged for 5 months in tanks.
