Description
Freshness and finesse. Floral notes along with ripe peach and crisp green apples. This wine has racy acidity but the perfect amount of flavour intensity and body to balance it out.
The vines are grouped in two plots of land in the midst of naturally wild garrigue vegetation. This protects the vineyard from undesirable influences such as nearby sprayed chemicals and local diseases.
Vines: Muscat
Vinification: The muscat grapes are pressed and undergoes fermentation following the ancestral method. Once fermentation is finished the wine is disgorged to remove the yeast.
Match it with: Grilled fish and light seafood or even something with a little spice!
