Terroir: Calcareous clay. Vineyards located in Loreto Aprutino.
Vinification: Hand-harvested in small baskets. Spontaneous fermentation with no temperature control in concrete tanks and 5hl barrels. Ten months in barrel on the lees with weekly stirring. No fining, no filtration.
