Terroir: Silty-Cay soil of calcareous nature from the single vineyard called "La Masia" 6km away from the Mediterranean sea.

Age of the vines: 8 years old at 215m above sea level

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Infusion-fermentation of the whole bunches in tanks for 8 days. To run off its own weight (without pressing). Ageing for 1 month in amphora and then 7 months in stainless steel tanks.
