Terroir: Single vineyard called "La Caseta", located at 220m high with a strong maritime influence (Méditeranneen sea is at 6 km). 

Age of the vines: 25 years old vines

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Infusion-fermentation of the whole bunches in tanks during 90 days. To run off its own weight (without pressing). Ageing for 1 month in amphora and then 5 months in stainless steel tank.
