Terroir: Granitic sand

Age of vines: 30 years old

Vinification: Hand harvested, whole bunch fermentation followed by 6 days of skin contact and then pressed. Ageing for 10 months on lees in stainless steel vats. Not clarified, not filtrated, and no added sulfites.
