Terroir: Red clay with flint soil and limestone 5 meters underneath. Grapes come from 2 different plots.

Average age of vines: 120 years old

Vinification: Grapes are hand harvested. Grapes are destemmed, and skin stays with the juice for 15 days in cement tank. Then the wine is aged for 9 months, half in concrete egg and half in old oak barrel.
