Terroir: gravel soil situated at 350m of altitude.
Vinification: Grapes are hand harvested, sorted and transferred in a vat by gravity process. Traditional vinification in concrete vats with some "pigeage" (pump over). Ageing is in demi-muids for 30% of the wine and in concrete vats for 70% during 12 months. No finning, light filtration.
