Terroir: Clay and Sand
Age of vines: 25-30 years old
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested, natural fermentation and maceration on entire grape for more than 30 days by “diffusion method” into the wooden “foudre”. Aged in old oak barrels for 12 months. No added sulphites.
