Terroir: Single vineyard called "El Peret", located at 205m high with a strong maritime influence (Mediterannean sea is at 6 km). Silty soil of calcareous nature.

Age of the vines: 25 years old vines

Vinification:  Grapes are hand-harvested. Infusion-fermentation of the whole bunches in tanks for 10 days. To run off its own weight (without pressing). Ageing for 1 month in amphora and then 7 months in stainless steel tanks.
