Terroir: schist soil. 100 to 400 m of altitude.
Age of the vines: 50 to 100 years old vines
Vinification: Grapes are handpicked. Natural fermentation ( with indigenous yeasts) and maceration for 30 days. Ageing in vats (400 L) for 6 months. No sulphite added.
