This cuvée from Terre de L'Elu has a light purple colour, and is floral and peppery. Bold spice notes evolve into floral ones. A delicate and persistent mouth. A remarkable wine full of finesse and elegance. 

Serve this wine around 16°c and decanted.

Match it with: Spicy dishes such as red tuna and ginger tartare or caramelised filet mignon with a Basque sauce.

Terroir: Sandstone, pudding stone, clay and schist.  

Average age of vines: old vines of 60 years old and young vines of 5 years old. 

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested // Whole bunch maceration for 15 days // Natural fermentation in stainless steel tank // Ageing for 12 months half in old oak barrel (600L) and half in Amphora // No filtration.
