Ages of the vines: 20 years old vines

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Fermentation starts in stainless steel tank and spirit (90% alcohol) is added when there is 100g/L sugar left in order to stop the fermentation. Wine is bottled in March/April the following year. No fining.
