Terroir: Clay and limestone soil. Located in Pogiobello di Farneta in the commune of Cortona (South East of Tuscany)
Vinification: Grapes are harvested two passes early October giving two different levels of maturity. And undergo a 30 to 40-day maceration, some whole bunch, in concrete tanks and wooden vats. Ageing for 24 months. Blended and aged together for 6 months. No filtration.
