Terroir:  Granitic white sand soil. The altitude of the parcel is around 100 meters, exposed southwest and northwest.

Age of the vines: 76 years old 

Vinification: Harvested by hand. 80 % destemmed, crushed, and pressed. 20 % skin contact. Spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts. Aged 10 months on lees in stainless steel tanks. Not clarified, not filtrated, no added sulphites.
