A vibrant ruby colour and a nose packed with sharp cranberries, wild berries and white pepper spice. This is carries through on the palate, with delicate tannins and a long spicy finish.

Vines: 100% Carcajolo Nero
Vinification: Grapes are hand harvested and de-stemmed. The grapes are left to ferment naturally with a daily punch down and pump over for 1 month to encourage further flavour extraction. The wine is aged for 12 months in 600 litre barrels before being blended followed by 6 months maturing in stainless steel prior a light filtration and bottling.
