Terroir: granitic soil. 550-600 m of altitude.
Age of the vines: 25 years old vines of Syrah – 20 years old vines of Marsanne.
Vinification: Grapes are handpicked. 1/3 is destemmed, 1/3 whole bunch, 1/3 is pressed directly. Natural fermentation (with indigenous yeasts) and ageing in stainless steel vat for 3 months. No sulphite added.
