Age of vines: 48 years old
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed by hand. The maceration lasts for 7/8days. They will extract the tannins gently with punch down only, no pump over. After two years in cement tanks, the wine will be bottled for further ageing in bottle.
