Terroir: Clay and limestone soil with puddingstone, "Poudingue" in French.

Average age of vines: 35 years old

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. The "Courbu" grape variety is harvested first as it ripens earlier. It's vinified in a stainless steel tank. Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng are harvested together (around Mid October) and vinified together. The wine is aged in old barrel.
