Age of vines: 70-80 years old
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested and pressing happens immediately. The wine is fermented in stainless steel vat and then ages in stainless steel for 8 months. It is highly aromatic with notes of honey and honeysuckle. Delicious with foie gras and blue cheese!
