Terroir: Clay, Limestone - DO Rioja Alavesa
Age of vines: 35-75 years old
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Whole cluster pressing natural yeast co-fermentation in French demi-muids and oak vats. The wine is then aged for 8-10 months in foudre and French demi-muids.
