Terroir: Clay for 1.5m deep and then, limestone underneath. North facing vineyard.

Age of vines: Vineyard planted in 2006. First harvest in 2010.

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested, crushed by feet. After a natural fermentation, the wine is aged for one year and a half in cement tank.
