Terroir: gravel soil.
Age of the vines: 15 years old.
Vinification: Grapes are handpicked, destemmed, natural fermentation (indigenous yeasts), in-tank semi-carbonic maceration. Ageing for 12 months in neutral French oak then, 12 months in tank.
