Terroir: Single vineyard called "La Masia", located at 190m high with a strong maritime influence (Méditeranneen sea is at 6 km). 

Age of the vines: 20 years old vines

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Maceration on the skins for 48 hours and then alcoholic fermentation with temperature-controlled at 12.5 degrees Celsius during approx. 25 days. Second fermentation in the bottle. The wine stays on the lees for 6 years before being disgorged.
