Terroir: grown in granitic sand soil with a north/northwest orientation.
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in demi-muids (600L barrels), the wine is left to age on its fine lees for 9 months before being aged in tank for two months. It is then lightly filtered and bottled. The wine bottled-aged for 6 months before being released.
