Terroir: Single vineyard called "Les Rocs". 60cm of red clay on "Calcaire a Asteries" (Asteriated clay).

Average age of vines: 35 years old

Vinification: Grapes are destemmed and the fermentation happens in a concrete tank. The wine is then matured in oak barrels for 24 months with dynamisation. No added sulphur.
