Rested in Radikon Pinot Grigio barrel for 17 months at 69% ABV.

If you are unfamiliar with orange wine, this is the perfect orange wine to start with. absolutely delicious. Formerly called Pinot Grigio Sivi Radikon, but nothing like a conventional Pinot Grigio as we know it. The two-week skin contact extracts beautiful red fruit flavours and sweet spices. Delicious with red mullet or chorizo dishes.
Terroir: From Ponca soils which are made up of stratified marls and sandstone of eocenic origin.
Vinification: Natural fermentation // Maceration in oak vats for 8 to 14 days // Ageing in 25/35 hl casks for 18 months // Small sulphur addition before bottling. // Bottle ageing for 2 months
