2018, Touraine "Quatre Mains" La Grange Tiphaine is one of the most authentic expressions of Sauvignon Blanc from the homeland of the Loire. This wine expresses purity, freshness and balance - nothing is overpowering - just an excellent example of what great Sauvignon Blanc should be. Match it with raw fish, or delicious for apéritif. 2016, Bourgogne Blanc Emmanuel Giboulot is dangerously easy to drink! This wine is a great introduction to Emmanuel's vibrant style of winemaking. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes and matured in old oak barrels which imparts an elegant, mineral-driven expression and lovely white fruit notes. Match it with creamy fish pie! 2018, Rías Baixas "Cos Pés" Forjas del Salnés If you like Albariño, and you like orange wine, then you’re going to love this! For us, this is one of the best skin contact Albariños we’ve ever tried. It has a lovely aromatic and floral complexity balanced by a moreish saltiness making it a great wine to pair with food. Match it with shellfish risotto or Spaghetti alle Vongole. Made by Raul Perez and Rodrigo Mendez of Forjas del Salnes.

2016, Cahors "La Fage" shows the best of both worlds when it comes to Malbec. Full-bodied, dark fruits and spices but balanced with velvety tannins, freshness and minerality. Match it with slow-cooked casseroles. Made by Matthieu & Catherine of Domaine Cosse Maisonneuve 

2018, IGT Il "Rospo" Montesecondo
