Guests will enjoy a four-course menu that has been designed by Laura Collobiano and chef Massimo Giorgi. Laura and Massimo have done many events together and share an extraordinary passion for good food and wine, with a specific focus on simplicity and precision. Each course will be paired with a different wine from the Valgiano estate, and Laura will take us through them, sharing her winemaker philosophy along the way.
