70% Sangiovese, 15 % Merlot, 15% Syrah

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed, then, put in a big open wooden tank. The first day, grapes are crushed by feet. The fermentation lasts for around 2 weeks. Skins are then removed and the wine is aged in stainless steel for 6 months before being bottled.
