Terroir: Single vineyard called "El Roldonar", located at 185m high with a strong maritime influence (Méditeranneen sea is at 6 km). Silty soil of calcareous nature, moderately basic with a lot of depth.
Age of the vines: 62 years old vines
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Infusion-fermentation of the whole bunches in tank during 20 days. To run off its own weight (without pressing). Ageing for 3 month in amphora and then 5 months in stainless steel tank.
