Terroir: Single vineyard called "El Roldonar", located at 190m high with a strong maritime influence (Méditeranneen sea is at 6 km).
Age of the vines: 70 years old vines
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Natural fermentation and maceration of the grapes for 10 days in amphora. Ageing in amphora for 3 months. Bottled in the spring following the harvest.
