Terroir: Single vineyard called "El Corral del Segarra ", located at 240m high with a strong maritime influence (Méditeranneen sea is at 6 km).
Age of the vines: 8 to 46 years old vines
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Infusion-fermentation of the whole bunches in tank during 25 days. To run off its own weight (without pressing). Ageing for 1 month in amphora and then 7 months in stainless steel tank.
