Terroir: Single vineyard called "La Obaga Del Gojo", located at 220m high with a strong maritime influence (Méditeranneen sea is at 6 km). Limestone soils.
Age of the vines: 35 years old vines
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Infusion-fermentation of the whole bunches in tank during 25 days. To run off its own weight (without pressing). Ageing for 2 month in amphora and then 6 months in stainless steel tank.
