Terroir: Single vineyard called "La Masia", located at 190m high with a strong maritime influence (Méditeranneen sea is at 6 km).
Age of the vines: 20 years old vines
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Maceration on the skins for 48 hours and then alcoholic fermentation with temperature controlled at 12.5 degrees Celsius during approx. 25 days. Second fermentation in the bottle. The wine stays on the lees for 6 years before being disgorged.
1950 bottles produced of 2011 vintage.
