Terroir: Single vineyard called "El Peret", located at 205m high with a strong maritime influence (Méditeranneen sea is at 6 km).
Age of the vines: 25 years old vines
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Maceration (infusion) on the skins for 4 days. Alcoholic fermentation with temperature controlled during approx. 19 days in amphora. Ageing in tank for 5 months. Bottling in March the following year
4950 bottles produced of 2016 vintage.
