Terroir:350 slm, sand, clay, lime, shale, marlstone
Age of the vines:10 years old.
Vinification: Harvested is hand picked. All the fermentations are natural. Sant Antimo is fermented in stainless steel and then, go into wood barrel for a few months before being bottling. We bottle on the premises under pressure of nitrogen.
