13 varieties from an old co-planted single vineyard
Terroir: clay and limestone soil.
Age of vines: 81 years old.
Vinification: Grapes are hand-picked. Whole bunch maceration for 7 days on the skin then gentle press. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for 10 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks. No filtrated. No sulphites added.
