Terroir: granitic arena, clay and limestone soil.

Vinification: Grapes are hand-picked. Maceration for 7 days in stainless steel vat. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Ageing on fine lees for 10 months.

So2<4 mg/L. Residual sugar  <2g/L
