Grenache, Rolle, Roussanne
Vinification: the harvest is hand-picked. The hole grape is destemmed. No yeasts added or sulphur. The ageing is on fine lees for 3 to 8 weeks. Depends on wine. No filtered. For bottling, 2g sulphite is added.
