Vinification: the harvest is hand picked. The hole grape is destemmed. Maceration takes place in pvc tank, for 8 to 15 days. No yeasts added or sulphure. The ageing is on fine lees for 1 or 1 year 1/2. Depends on wine. No filtered. For bottling 2g sulphite is added.
