Terroir: Red clay and limestone
Average age of vines: 15 to 45 years old
Vinification: Grapes are hand harvested. Maceration and fermentation for 15/18 days, each grape variety is vinified separately. The 3 wine are then blend and aged for 4 months in cement tank.
