"Epinays" is a single vineyard with an annual production of only 3000 bottles. The first vintage was in 2015.
Terroir: grown in sandy-clay with flint soil.
Age of vines: 10 years old
Vinification: Fermentation and ageing for 15 months in old oak barrels. The wine is then transferred into vats for 3 months. 2017 vintage was bottled on 7 February 2019.
