Age of vines: 15-20 years old in pergola
Vinification: Grapes are hand harvested. Natural fermentation for 7 days of skin maceration. This cuvee has moved to the orange wine section. Ageing in old oak barrel for 8-12 months. It's not fined either filtered. No added sulphites.
