Terroir: Clay and sand
Age of vines: 15-20 years old
Vinification: Grapes are hand harvested. The wine is pressed directly, the contact with the skin gives a "pinkish" colour to the wine. Natural fermentation in stainless steel tank. Ageing in barrel for 6 months. It's not fined either filtered. No added sulphites.
